📋 Description
• Drive strategic vendor management across multiple categories • Develop sophisticated sourcing strategies and lead high-stakes negotiations • Oversee complex RFP processes, including RFx (RFP, RFQ, RFI) management • Conduct comprehensive spend analysis and market research to identify consolidation opportunities • Negotiate terms, pricing, and service level agreements with suppliers • Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership • Manage supplier relationships throughout the contract lifecycle • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational goals • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and monitor performance against established KPIs
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or related field • At least 5 years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience • Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success achieving cost savings and favorable contract terms • Proven experience managing strategic supplier relationships and conducting competitive sourcing processes • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in spend analysis and data-driven decision making • Proficiency with procurement systems, contract management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Intermediate/Expert in Excel) • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management principles • Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting including reading and interpreting contracts and related documentation
