📋 Description

• Serve as the primary procurement subject matter expert for construction and PDS categories, owning end-to-end sourcing strategy, supplier management, and governance for capital projects and facility upgrades. • Independently manage RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes from initiation through contract execution, including bid strategy development, supplier due diligence, evaluation, negotiation, and award recommendation. • Standardize and refine scopes of work, bid packages, project specifications, and contract templates to improve accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency across multiple sites. • Negotiate, draft, and execute supplier contracts and service agreements, ensuring clear scopes, SLAs, KPIs, pricing structures, and appropriate risk allocation while partnering with Legal, Risk Management, and Finance for compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for construction, capital projects, or facilities-related services. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis including financial analysis, bid leveling, and analysis of large and complex datasets. • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex RFx processes from cradle to grave. • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
