📋 Description

• Provide support for Product Development Services clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies • Responsible for delivering supplier and operational improvements; leading and executing strategic initiatives • Provide support, instruction and follow-up to operations teams RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes • Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals and new services • Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes • Assist Sourcing Leader with work priorities, complete deliverables timely and resolve issues with Operations teams • Provide analysis and compliance reporting to Sourcing Lead, identifying risks and actions as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years strategic sourcing experience • Excellent Interpersonal skills • Organization skills • Strong Analytical Ability • Proven ability to work independently while supporting teams in decentralized environment • Excellent communication skills – oral and written
