📋 Description

• Support the planning, design, and execution of workplace interior projects • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and client stakeholders • Develop space plans, furniture layouts, finish palettes, lighting concepts, and interior elevations • Prepare and coordinate interior design documentation, including FF&E specifications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of interior design • Conduct site verifications and as-built surveys • Support procurement coordination by assisting in vendor selection and installation oversight • Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability guidelines • Participate in client presentations, design charrettes, and stakeholder workshops • Utilize BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality design deliverables • Track project budgets and timelines in coordination with project managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field • Minimum 3–5 years of professional interior design experience • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office • Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance, and sustainable design principles • Experience working on projects from concept through construction administration • NCIDQ certification preferred (or actively pursuing) • LEED AP or WELL AP accreditation is a plus.
