📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-site retail development and construction programs • Provide strategic oversight for retail construction, renovation, and rollout programs across multiple geographies • Serve as primary client liaison and build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and real estate executives • Lead integrated teams including architects, contractors, vendors, and internal JLL specialists • Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, financial forecasting, change control, milestone tracking, and reporting • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, brand guidelines, and ESG/sustainability commitments • Implement best practices, technology solutions such as BIM and Procore, and lessons learned • Mentor and develop junior project managers and coordinators • Collaborate with Capital Markets, Leasing, and Facilities Management teams to deliver integrated client solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • Minimum of 12–15 years of experience in construction project management • At least 8 years focused on retail environments • Proven track record managing $10M+ portfolios or multi-location rollouts for national/international retail brands • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, cost estimating, contract administration (AIA, JCT, etc.), and building codes • Professional certification such as PMP, LEED AP, RIBA, or equivalent is highly desirable • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud) • Willingness to travel up to 30–40% as required by project needs
