📋 Description

• Carry out scheduled and on-demand maintenance on building systems including lighting, plumbing, HVAC components, doors, locks, ceilings, and minor electrical fixtures based on Chanel’s request and escort vendors • Complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently, and to quality standards as directed by the Senior Technician • Use HOST system or paper logs to document work performed, parts used, and time spent • Follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, and adhere to lockout/tagout, ladder safety, and chemical handling protocols • Report unsafe conditions, near misses, or incidents immediately to the Senior Technician • Use hand and power tools properly and return them clean and in good condition • Request parts, supplies, or equipment through the Senior Technician when needed • Escalate client concerns or special requests to LM/Engineering Manager • Support fellow technicians during high-volume periods or complex tasks • Participate in team briefings and follow instructions clearly and consistently • Attend JLL trainings and stay updated on site-specific procedures, equipment locations, and emergency protocols • Support events, including furniture arrangement
