• Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables • Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations • Collaborate with consultants to develop project plans and strategies • Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or risks • Ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget • Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and team members • Maintain project documentation and ensure all project files are organized and up-to-date • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness • Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking • Provide support to consultants and clients as needed to ensure project success

šŸŽÆ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience working remotely is a plus • PMP certification is a plus
