ā¢ Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables ā¢ Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations ā¢ Collaborate with consultants to develop project plans and strategies ā¢ Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or risks ā¢ Ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget ā¢ Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and team members ā¢ Maintain project documentation and ensure all project files are organized and up-to-date ā¢ Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness ā¢ Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking ā¢ Provide support to consultants and clients as needed to ensure project success
šÆ Requirements
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field ā¢ 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management ā¢ Excellent organizational and time-management skills ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ā¢ Ability to work independently and in a team environment ā¢ Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite ā¢ Experience working remotely is a plus ā¢ PMP certification is a plus
