📋 Description
• Review and edit a variety of documents, including reports, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials • Check for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors • Ensure consistency in formatting, style, and tone • Verify facts, statistics, and references • Collaborate with writers, editors, and designers to make necessary changes • Follow company style guidelines and ensure documents adhere to industry standards • Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to the content team
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field • Proven experience as a proofreader or editor • Excellent command of the English language • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat • Familiarity with AP Style and Chicago Manual of Style • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines • Previous experience in a consulting or professional services firm is a plus
