📋 Description

• Assist the Field Service Manager (FSM) by ensuring all standard operating procedures are executed in compliance with published policies and processes • Provide technical, administrative and general support to technicians and Service Partners (SP) in their assigned geographic area(s) • Provide training for technicians and Service Partners (SP) on policy, process and technical aspects of the job • Supervise and manage technician and SP workload and workflow • Perform troubleshooting (remote or onsite) for repairs, programming, installations, and preventive maintenance on coffee/beverage equipment in the field • Establish schedules for on-call service rotation • Travel to customer sites; develop and maintain strong customer relations and interact professionally with customers and staff

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma; Diploma of College Studies (DCS) preferred but not required • Bilingual (French/English) with excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong decision-making skills • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and general computer skills • Minimum 3 years of technical experience; electrical and/or plumbing experience preferred; experience in appliance repair and refrigeration • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg) • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Willing and able to participate in on-call rotation and food show events as scheduled and to work overtime when required • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and make job-related decisions • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
