📋 Description

• Build and manage outbound and email campaigns in the backend for clients • Develop campaigns based on buyer personas, positioning, and USPs • Translate these elements into clear, compelling messaging strategies • Write outbound copy, emails, follow-ups, and sequences • Optimize campaigns for open rates, replies, and conversions • Take full responsibility for campaign setup, testing, KPI tracking, analysis, and continuous optimization • Work closely with account managers to refine offers, messaging, and campaign strategy • Work without direct client contact, focusing on copy, structure, testing, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in outbound or email marketing, or experience working with relevant tools • Strong copywriting skills • Understanding of attention-grabbing email copy and reply generation • Strong instinct for offer building • Understanding of how messaging and offers work together to increase conversions • Analytical and data-driven approach to work • KPI-based campaign optimization • Willingness to experiment with new tools • Comfortable working with complex setups • Independent and structured working style • Willingness to take responsibility for results • Skills, tool proficiency, and demonstrable or evident performance in outbound marketing • Formal educational background is secondary
