📋 Description

• Lead and execute market access strategy across the International region • Assess market dynamics, competitive landscape, reimbursement policies, and regulatory requirements • Partner with commercial, marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, and finance stakeholders on pricing, contracting, and reimbursement models • Lead pricing analyses, value/affordability assessments, and financial forecasting • Identify, size, and prioritize new market entry and growth opportunities • Support business development with local partners and distributors, including opportunity qualification, due diligence, value propositions, negotiations, and contracting models • Oversee reimbursement submissions, HTA evaluations, value dossiers, evidence reviews, and HEOR/RWE activities • Lead value conversations with payers, hospital administrators, policy makers, and procurement stakeholders • Develop and deploy market access and reimbursement tools • Monitor access performance and reimbursement trends and drive continuous improvement • Build relationships with payers, policy makers, healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and industry associations • Provide matrix leadership to cross-functional teams and embed market access requirements into product planning, evidence generation, launch, and commercialisation strategies • Provide insight on reimbursement and health policy developments • Identify barriers to patient access and propose strategies to resolve them • Adapt strategies to policy changes and support the wider global market access organisation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages desirable depending on key International markets • Strong business development and commercial acumen • Knowledge of relevant payer and reimbursement systems and reimbursement compliance • Knowledge of process for policy development and implementation • Knowledge of health economics & outcomes research • Ability to interact successfully with stakeholders and decision makers • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines • Skills with development and deployment of health economics outcomes tools desirable, including Markov modelling and decision tree analysis • Skills in evidence review and presentation of literature desirable • Skills in creation and presentation of real-world evidence desirable • Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in market access / reimbursement / HEOR • Demonstrated experience leading reimbursement and/or HTA submissions across multiple countries/markets • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional, matrixed teams • Experience supporting KOLs and senior commercial leaders in payer, procurement, and hospital administration engagements • Experience contributing to or leading commercial strategy and/or business development initiatives • Strategic, self-reliant, integrity-driven, results-oriented, creative/resourceful, organized, people-oriented, flexible, and service-oriented • Ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and persuasively in oral and written communication
