📋 Description

• Build relationships with community and academic HCPs, focusing on changing medical behavior through scientific knowledge exchange • Convey the value of innovation attributes, including efficacy, safety, effectiveness, adherence, and quality of life • Shape medical practice and change HCP behaviors during product pre-launch phases • Prepare the healthcare environment and medical community and accelerate adoption through PI engagement and pre-approval access programs • Follow up on education and adoption of new knowledge and identify barriers to medical practice change • Respond to scientific inquiries from HCPs, investigators, healthcare systems, and population health decision makers • Integrate scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer and audience needs • Identify potential sites and support site recruitment when needed, aligned with the TA Head/Senior Medical Manager • Execute medical field educational events focused on pipeline products close to launch and key in-line products • Gather field insights regarding scientific knowledge, treatment paradigms, competitors, medical needs, and opportunities • Develop and execute the territory and KOL engagement plan according to strategy and validated by MAF stakeholders

🎯 Requirements
