📋 Description

• Lead a diverse group of sales professionals to foster a culture of high performance, engagement and talent development • Manage and coach team to develop and execute high impact territory business plans for leading products and win for the patients • Continuously develop and demonstrate business, clinical and access acumen to compliantly guide the team to capitalize on opportunities in a highly competitive, dynamic environment • Connect and collaborate with internal and external customers to identify challenges/opportunities/solutions

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required • At least two (2) years of successful management and/or supervisory experience. • Five (5) or more years of documented successful pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience in a competitive environment. • A valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States • Ability to travel up to 60% • Reside within the geography or be willing to relocate to it
