📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic business partner to the General Manager EP CEE, ensuring clarity of priorities, executive readiness, and disciplined execution of key business initiatives. • Lead the regional business operating cadence, including: Performance Excellence Reviews, Leadership Team meetings, Strategy reviews and planning sessions, Executive visits. • Ensure thorough preparation of all leadership forums through the development of high-quality agendas, pre-read materials, business insights and executive-level presentations. • Drive a culture of execution excellence through detailed, proactive, and timely follow-up of decisions, commitments, and action plans, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and closure across the organization. • Maintain rigorous tracking of strategic priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring leadership has complete visibility into business progress and execution challenges. • Establish and maintain governance frameworks that ensure accountability, visibility, and timely execution of regional priorities. • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Commercial, Clinical, Marketing, Finance, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, and other business functions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience within Electrophysiology Environment. • Strong and demonstrated understanding of EP procedures and clinical workflows, EP technologies (mapping, ablation, diagnostic catheters). • Customer engagement models in Medtech / EP • Experience in commercial, clinical, marketing, professional education, or strategic business leadership roles within Electrophysiology. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and presentation skills. • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree required. • Preferred Experience within J&J EP • Experience working with EP centers and key opinion leaders across the CEE region.
