📋 Description
• Join our HQ Tech team and help design and scale the systems that power our platform. • Work in one of our product teams, building the backend foundations for real-world staffing solutions used by thousands of businesses and hundreds of thousands of workers daily. • Take part in end-to-end ownership — from design to deployment and monitoring in production.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in backend development using Kotlin or Java. • Strong experience building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems in a microservice or SOA environment. • Proven track record delivering customer-facing applications. • Experience owning the full lifecycle of a feature: design, coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring. • Solid understanding of relational databases, transactions, and query optimization. • Hands-on experience with monitoring systems — each team owns their product in production. • A pragmatic problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges. • Nice if you also have... • Experience with event streaming, such as Kafka • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS • Experience with git and the GitHub workflow, which we use extensively at Job&Talent • Knowledge of Linux servers and No-SQL experience (Redis)
