📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end product development for a new financial services product • Own product discovery and delivery from strategy to execution • Define and execute the roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation • Deeply understand the business, synthesizing market, regulatory, and customer data • Prioritize user and business impact • Act as the voice of the customer • Set the foundation for a strategy in an entirely new problem space
🎯 Requirements
• Proven product management experience at a Senior level • Clear focus in fintech or related industry • Experience scaling products from 0 to 1 (and beyond) • Demonstrated ability to build new products and businesses • Strong grasp of how to build products that garner user trust • Comfortability with ambiguity • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills
