📋 Description

• Track medical record and billing requests throughout the case lifecycle • Order medical records and upload documentation into Filevine • Collect updates regarding outstanding medical bills • Create medical provider charts after completing required training • Support attorneys and the legal team by organizing medical documentation for case development and preparation • Flag missing information and potential discrepancies for legal team review • Complete final billing follow-up before a demand is submitted • Provide consistent status updates regarding medical documentation • Contact medical providers to verify outstanding bills and confirm accurate balances • Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, clients, and relevant parties regarding outstanding records and bills • Review medical records and billing documentation for completeness and accuracy • Maintain accurate and organized medical documentation in the case management system • Identify missing information and documentation requiring additional requests • Follow up with medical providers and clients regarding outstanding or missing medical records and bills

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with case management, medical records, medical billing, legal support, healthcare administration, or a related field • Experience requesting, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining medical records and billing documentation • Ability to communicate professionally with medical providers, insurance companies, clients, attorneys, and legal team members • Strong ability to follow up on outstanding requests and maintain accurate status updates • Ability to identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information in medical and billing documentation • Ability to verify outstanding medical bills and confirm accurate balances as cases progress • Experience maintaining organized and accurate records in a case management system • Ability to manage multiple documentation requests while maintaining accuracy and organization • Required Software and Tools: Filevine • English language • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT work schedule
