📋 Description

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed • Process and follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels • Enter and maintain client and lead information within Clio Grow • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing • Focus on closing qualified leads rather than simply scheduling appointments

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish • Experience handling inbound and outbound client communications • Strong organizational and data entry skills • Experience with Clio Grow and Mailchimp preferred • Sales experience is a must • Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality • Availability to work 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST/EDT (United States of America)
