📋 Description

• Maintain accurate records and data related to intake calls and retention metrics • Collect detailed information regarding client matters and legal needs • Conduct initial intake calls with prospective new clients with compassion and empathy • Support the Client Intake Manager with reporting and departmental needs • Track ongoing contact with non-retaining prospective clients using spreadsheets • Communicate best practices for working with the firm and legal team • Follow firm guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication with prospective clients

🎯 Requirements

• Timezone: PST • Software/Tools: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Windows Operating System, Adobe Acrobat, Clio or Datto • 2-3 years of experience in client-facing or intake roles preferred • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with legal or professional services environments a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • High emotional intelligence and empathy • Confidence and diplomacy in challenging conversations • Ability to transition prospective clients into retained clients • Self-motivated and self-directed in a goal-oriented environment • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat • Experience with law practice management software (preferred)
