• Handle after-hours intake and escalate critical cases to attorneys. • Make daily outbound follow-up calls to prospective clients. • Screen cases for qualification criteria (injury type, third-party, etc.). • Act as backup for reception, answering incoming calls. • Respond to all new leads within 30 minutes (calls, web forms, referrals). • Send and confirm fee agreements for all qualified leads. • Keep CRM/Smart Advocate updated with all notes and critical comments. • Guide potential clients through the intake process. • Manage CRM and maintain accurate client records.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working as an Intake Specialist. • Previous experience in a personal injury law firm, or a strong understanding of personal injury terms, is preferred. • Expected call volume: 45 calls per day. • CRM: Smart Advocate.
