📋 Description

• Schedule calls and coordinate calendars. • Ensure tasks and processes are completed without delays or oversights. • Support business transactional work as needed. • Interact with clients professionally through email and occasional phone communication. • Request, collect, and follow up on required documents. • Maintain organized records and communication tracking. • Monitor workflows to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, or in a legal support role and/or related Bachelor's degree in legal studies. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain follow-through. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Comfortable interacting with clients professionally.
