📋 Description

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow • Support project management tasks • Maintain and update CRM records • Manage calendars and schedule appointments • Provide administrative support to attorneys and two staff members • Handle e-filing for legal documents • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy • Assist with client intake when coverage is needed • Download and organize legal documents

🎯 Requirements

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST • Required Experience: 3–4 years in a law firm, preferably with California Federal Court and plaintiff litigation experience • Software: RingCentral • Experience working with AI and coding tools is preferred.
