• Support process improvements to streamline daily legal operations. • Maintain accurate digital records, matter notes, and case documentation. • Manage consultation scheduling and coordinate attorney calendars. • Update and manage case information in Smokeball, Clio, or PracticePanther. • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally. • Perform eFiling through the Florida Court System and track confirmations. • Monitor deadlines, ensure compliance, and flag risks or issues promptly. • Prepare and organize discovery, including requests, responses, and exhibits. • Draft petitions, notices, engagement letters, motions, and related filings.
• Strong written English with excellent grammar and punctuation. • Legal experience required, family law exposure preferred. • Experience working with US law firms preferred. • Familiarity with Florida Court eFiling preferred or a commitment to learn quickly.
