• Manage initial phone calls. • Evaluate potential cases. • Guide clients through the intake process with professionalism and care. • Organize, analyze, and communicate effectively. • Ensure that only qualified cases move forward. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth client onboarding. • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. • Manage scheduling and calendaring for appointments. • Follow up with clients promptly and professionally. • Handle intake calls and assess client eligibility. • Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards. • Support case management tasks under attorney supervision. • Draft discovery documents and interrogatories as needed. • Prequalify and vet callers based on firm criteria.
