⢠Follow up with prospective and existing clients when needed ⢠Manage calendars and coordinate appointments ⢠Schedule consultations and meetings for the legal team ⢠Qualify leads based on established criteria ⢠Conduct client intake and gather relevant information accurately ⢠Answer incoming calls from prospective and existing clients ⢠Support administrative and client communication tasks as assigned ⢠Provide exceptional customer service throughout the intake process ⢠Maintain accurate client records and updates within company systems ⢠Send questionnaires and intake forms to clients
⢠Remote position ⢠Timezone: EST ⢠Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST ⢠Previous intake, customer service, client support, or administrative experience preferred ⢠Strong verbal and written English communication skills required ⢠Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ⢠Must be highly organized and detail-oriented ⢠Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly ⢠Software and Tools Required: 3CX, MyCase, Zoom
