📋 Description

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients when needed • Manage calendars and coordinate appointments • Schedule consultations and meetings for the legal team • Qualify leads based on established criteria • Conduct client intake and gather relevant information accurately • Answer incoming calls from prospective and existing clients • Support administrative and client communication tasks as assigned • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the intake process • Maintain accurate client records and updates within company systems • Send questionnaires and intake forms to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Remote position • Timezone: EST • Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST • Previous intake, customer service, client support, or administrative experience preferred • Strong verbal and written English communication skills required • Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly • Software and Tools Required: 3CX, MyCase, Zoom
