⢠Execute disciplined follow-up on prospects who are not ready to book. ⢠Utilize Lawmatics (CRM) to manage all leads and communications. ⢠Follow all intake scripts, checklists, and workflows exactly as designed. ⢠Clearly communicate value and expectations to prospective clients. ⢠Consistently move leads forward through the pipeline. ⢠Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records of all interactions. ⢠Book strategy sessions with qualified leads. ⢠Qualify callers based on firm-established criteria. ⢠Collect consult fees at the time of booking. ⢠Navigate sensitive conversations. ⢠Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone.
⢠Prior experience in a law firm, especially in intake or client services. ⢠Experience in consultative sales, client intake, or call-based roles. ⢠Familiarity with CRM systems (Lawmatics experience is a strong plus). ⢠Strong phone presence with excellent listening and communication skills. ⢠Ability to combine empathy with assertiveness, especially when asking for payment. ⢠Comfortable discussing fees and confidently collecting payment. ⢠High attention to detail and process discipline. ⢠Reliable, consistent, and punctual with a strong work ethic. ⢠Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with professionalism and care. ⢠Languages: English, Spanish.
