⢠Ensure all leads are processed within the expected timeframe (target within 24 hours). ⢠Maintain consistent contact with leads to keep them engaged. ⢠Process leads and ensure timely follow-up and communication. ⢠Answer incoming phone calls and properly vet potential clients. ⢠Manage and oversee the full intake process for incoming leads. ⢠Collaborate with internal team members to support case progression. ⢠Move qualified cases efficiently through the pipeline. ⢠Send intake forms and guide potential clients through completion. ⢠Organize and maintain structured intake workflows. ⢠Gather and document client information accurately.
⢠1+ year of experience in intake, customer service, or call handling roles. ⢠Experience in legal intake processes is preferred. ⢠Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. ⢠Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining professionalism. ⢠Comfortable working with structured processes and following workflows. ⢠Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.
