📋 Description

• Ensure all leads are processed within the expected timeframe (target within 24 hours). • Maintain consistent contact with leads to keep them engaged. • Process leads and ensure timely follow-up and communication. • Answer incoming phone calls and properly vet potential clients. • Manage and oversee the full intake process for incoming leads. • Collaborate with internal team members to support case progression. • Move qualified cases efficiently through the pipeline. • Send intake forms and guide potential clients through completion. • Organize and maintain structured intake workflows. • Gather and document client information accurately.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in intake, customer service, or call handling roles. • Experience in legal intake processes is preferred. • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining professionalism. • Comfortable working with structured processes and following workflows. • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.
