• Oversee and maintain the firm’s website, including bios, practice descriptions, and messaging • Support executive communications and firm branding • Manage PR efforts, including LinkedIn posts, ads, and email campaigns • Manage and report analytics for campaigns and digital platforms • Create, edit, and manage written content such as blogs, newsletters, and publications • Lead the firm’s marketing initiatives while supporting the leadership team • Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across platforms • Coordinate with external digital marketing firms to align strategies • Collaborate with attorneys and staff on firm-wide marketing projects
• 3–5 years of marketing experience (prior experience working in a law firm is a plus) • A strong and solid background in marketing is a must • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and training required • Strategic oversight and hands-on execution across digital marketing, PR, and business development • Strong writing and editing skills, including calendaring and publication drafting • Experience with AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and content creation • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience in social media content creation (written and video) • Proactive and detail-oriented • Friendly and collaborative personality • Excellent verbal and written communication • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
