📋 Description

• Monitor and manage overflow call system • Assist with general office organization and electronic filing systems • Organize and maintain electronic client records in the CRM system • Process and respond to incoming emails according to firm guidelines • Gather basic caller information and document accurately • Handle confidential information in compliance with legal requirements • Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism • Make referrals for callers seeking assistance outside the practice area

🎯 Requirements

• Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time (PST) • Office Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm PST • 2-3 years of experience working as a receptionist/ front desk position • Legal background is highly appreciated • Software: CRM system, Microsoft Office Suite • Positive attitude • Effective communication skills • Proactivity • Team player mindset • Problem-solving ability • Emotional intelligence • Detail-oriented approach • Strong organizational skills • Ability to manage confidential information
