📋 Description

• Handle occasional phone calls to coordinate scheduling matters and resolve conflicts. • Organize and maintain case related information and documentation. • Update schedules as changes arise and communicate updates to all relevant parties. • Maintain accurate calendar entries and scheduling records. • Follow up persistently on pending scheduling requests until confirmation is received. • Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, clients, and third parties to coordinate legal events. • Ensure all legal events are appropriately documented and communicated. • Manage attorney calendars and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts. • Manage multiple scheduling requests simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff. • Track deadlines, appointments, and important legal events. • Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other legal proceedings.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a law firm is a must. • Legal scheduling experience is mandatory. • Experience communicating with courts, attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and third parties. • Proven experience coordinating legal scheduling, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and attorney calendars. • Ability to manage a high volume of scheduling requests primarily through email. • Strong written English communication skills. • Being a licensed attorney in home country is a strong plus but not required. • Experience communicating with courts, attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
