• Answer incoming calls and create a positive first impression • Make outbound calls as requested by legal or client relations teams • Follow up with seminar registrants to confirm attendance • Capture caller information and stated purpose accurately • Direct or screen calls appropriately based on firm protocols • Collaborate with marketing and management to improve lead quality • Review recorded calls to identify service improvement opportunities • Assist in tracking and reporting client experience metrics • Electronically file documents and emails in designated folders • Triage incoming emails and respond or redirect per protocol • Make appointment and seminar confirmation calls • Log call details in CRM and call log contemporaneously
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST • Software: CallRail / Lead Center Lawmatics (CRM) Google Workspace • Calls per day: 16–30 calls
