📋 Description

• Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and handle correspondence. • Prepare and review legal documents under attorney supervision. • Assist during client meetings , ensuring smooth communication and accurate interpretation. • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures. • Support case management , including organizing files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining case records. • Perform live translations (Spanish-English) during Zoom or phone calls.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Prior at least 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software is a plus
