📋 Description
• Support attorneys during trial preparation and hearings • Coordinate discovery processes, including document review and coding • Maintain accurate case timelines and ensure deadlines are met • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to gather essential information. • Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, and responses • Manage and organize personal injury case files from intake through resolution.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years in litigation support, preferably in personal injury law. • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. • Proficiency in case management software and discovery platforms. • Clear and professional spoken and written English. • Paralegal certification or law degree preferred.
