📋 Description

• Draft pleadings and assist with responding to discovery under attorney supervision. • Support electronic court filings in accordance with procedural rules. • Assist with litigation support activities related to personal injury matters. • Monitor court and case deadlines and proactively alert attorneys when action is required. • Communicate regularly with supervising attorneys, insurance adjusters, defense counsel, and courts. • Maintain accurate, timely case notes, records, and documentation. • Manage personal injury cases using FileVine and related legal systems. • Provide trial preparation and trial support as needed. • Request, track, and organize medical records and medical billing documentation. • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and support throughout the legal process.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong personal injury case management experience. • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. • Confidence communicating with attorneys, clients, courts, and insurance adjusters. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and speak up when action is required. • Detail oriented approach to case documentation and data entry. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Critical thinking and problem solving abilities. • Professional assertiveness balanced with collaboration. • Ability to work closely as the right-hand support to a supervising attorney.
