📋 Description

• Assist with trial preparation and ongoing litigation support. • Maintain organized case files and legal documentation. • Coordinate and schedule mediations, depositions, and other case-related appointments. • File legal documents through court e-filing systems. • Help ensure deadlines and case milestones are met efficiently. • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, medical providers, and third parties. • Review and summarize medical records. • Prepare and draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests. • Support attorneys and paralegals throughout the personal injury litigation process. • Manage litigation-related administrative tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience working as a legal assistant, litigation assistant, or in a similar legal support role. • Foundational knowledge of personal injury litigation, including discovery, filing procedures, and trial preparation required. • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. • Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records. • Professional communication skills when interacting with clients, courts, and third parties. • Proactive problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Critical thinking and analytical skills. • Dependability and accountability. • Client service orientation. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Professional judgment and discretion.
