📋 Description

• Request, follow up on, and organize medical records from hospitals and clinics • Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their cases • Ensure all case files are complete, accurate, and up to date at all times • Support general administrative tasks to improve workflow efficiency • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, depositions, and court related activities • Open and manage insurance claims, including communication with insurance companies and subrogation entities • Assist with onboarding new clients and gathering required documentation such as insurance information and supporting evidence • Support litigation efforts by assisting with document preparation and case coordination • Organize, combine, and manage documents, including creating consolidated PDF files • Draft correspondence and assist in preparing legal documentation • Maintain accurate and organized case files in the case management system

🎯 Requirements

• Strong personal injury case management or legal support experience • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently • Detail oriented approach to documentation and data entry • Problem solving mindset and ability to take initiative • Tech savvy with the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Comfortable working in a structured yet evolving legal environment • Spanish required
