⢠Request, follow up on, and organize medical records from hospitals and clinics ⢠Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their cases ⢠Ensure all case files are complete, accurate, and up to date at all times ⢠Support general administrative tasks to improve workflow efficiency ⢠Coordinate scheduling for meetings, depositions, and court related activities ⢠Open and manage insurance claims, including communication with insurance companies and subrogation entities ⢠Assist with onboarding new clients and gathering required documentation such as insurance information and supporting evidence ⢠Support litigation efforts by assisting with document preparation and case coordination ⢠Organize, combine, and manage documents, including creating consolidated PDF files ⢠Draft correspondence and assist in preparing legal documentation ⢠Maintain accurate and organized case files in the case management system
⢠Strong personal injury case management or legal support experience ⢠Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills ⢠Ability to communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives ⢠Strong organizational and time management skills ⢠Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently ⢠Detail oriented approach to documentation and data entry ⢠Problem solving mindset and ability to take initiative ⢠Tech savvy with the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly ⢠Ability to handle confidential information with discretion ⢠Comfortable working in a structured yet evolving legal environment ⢠Spanish required
