📋 Description

• Help maintain a positive, organized, and client-centered experience • Ensure timely follow-ups, task completion, and case progression • Prepare and send monthly client communication campaigns • Support outreach efforts by posting content on social media platforms • Conduct client intake processes and accurately gather information • Answer incoming calls and provide professional assistance to clients • Manage calendars, emails, and client communications efficiently • Maintain accurate and organized case records within internal systems • Assist attorneys with case-related administrative and coordination tasks • Communicate with clients to provide updates and ongoing support throughout personal injury cases
