• Handle client communication via phone and email • Request and organize medical records and bills • Manage attorney calendars and track deadlines • Schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings • Prepare basic drafts and assemble exhibits under supervision • Maintain case notes and update CRM systems • Perform e-filing through Florida court systems • Conduct client intake and document case details accurately • Monitor voicemail and inbox queues for timely responses
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish • Tech savvy; comfortable with Filevine, Lead Docket, and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to manage calendars and deadlines under pressure • Litigation or personal injury experience strongly preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Reliable, proactive, and collaborative
