📋 Description

• Ensure all documentation is updated and properly filed • Track case progress and follow up on outstanding items • Maintain accurate and organized case files • Gather medical records and supporting documentation • Manage Personal Injury cases during the pre-litigation phase • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and other involved parties • Upload and maintain medical information within the firm's systems • Monitor, organize, and calendar important deadlines • Prepare and send letters of representation • Conduct client intake and collect necessary case information • Communicate with insurance companies regarding active claims and case updates • Prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Maintain consistent communication regarding case status and developments • Support attorneys with case related administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience working as a legal case manager • Personal Injury experience is a must • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish required • Excellent verbal communication • Strong organizational skills • Reliable and dependable work ethic • Ability to multitask effectively • Self-driven and proactive approach • Attention to detail • Time management skills • Ability to work independently • Professional client service skills • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
