📋 Description

• Maximize the value delivered by the Talent Community product and lifecycle, including portal experience and candidate/Staffer journeys • Enhance the overall experience within the Job Duck Talent Community • Own the Talent Community product vision and roadmap • Prioritize the backlog to maximize member quality, readiness, and placement outcomes • Lead continuous improvement using candidate/Staffer feedback and performance data • Run pilots and A/B tests when appropriate, scale successful initiatives, and stop ineffective ones • Represent the candidate/Staffer voice in product lifecycle prioritization and decision-making • Partner with cross-functional owners to clarify scope, manage tradeoffs, and ship high-quality iterations • Define ready work through backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Publish KPI- and experiment-linked outcome readouts and use insights to reprioritize • Define and communicate product goals and success measures aligned to business priorities • Run the Talent Community Committee cadence for intake, prioritization, decisioning, escalation, and dependency management • Maintain a transparent backlog and roadmap, prioritizing by value, effort, risk, and dependencies • Translate Talent Community strategy into product goals, success measures, and backlog priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a Product Owner (or equivalent) role with backlog ownership and demonstrated prioritization authority • Experience defining success metrics (KPIs) and using performance insights to reprioritize roadmaps/backlogs • Familiarity with experimentation and measurement (A/B testing, segmentation/cohorts, funnel analysis) • Experience leading cross-functional governance (cadences, decisioning, escalation, dependency alignment) and managing stakeholder tradeoffs • Experience partnering with technical delivery teams in iterative environments (preferred) • Experience in staffing, talent acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle programs, or talent development (preferred) • BI and dashboard literacy • Experimentation and measurement • Data interpretation and insight communication • Requirements documentation • Data quality and governance basics • Data querying literacy (preferred) • Automation/analysis tooling familiarity (preferred) • Version control familiarity (preferred) • Data pipeline and integration awareness (preferred) • Transformation framework awareness (preferred) • Business acumen • Stakeholder management • Coaching and feedback • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Planner), Workday, and Copilot • English and Spanish languages
