📋 Description

• Help maintain operational efficiency through adherence to established processes and standards. • Conduct daily test calls to verify phone tracking and routing systems. • Support scheduling and operational functions for marketing projects. • Coordinate podcast scheduling and related administrative tasks. • Escalate negative reviews and reputation management concerns when necessary. • Support directory management and citation accuracy initiatives. • Collaborate with team members to ensure marketing assets remain accurate and consistent across all platforms. • Maintain accurate CRM records, trackers, and marketing databases. • Assist with the preparation and scheduling of weekly newsletters. • Monitor incoming reviews and respond using approved templates. • Assist with backlink outreach activities and tracking. • Maintain posting schedules for Google Business Profiles across assigned locations. • Verify that pages, links, forms, and content are functioning correctly and displaying accurate information. • Publish daily social media and video content through HubSpot based on established marketing plans. • Identify, report, escalate, or resolve issues in a timely manner. • Conduct daily quality assurance reviews across websites, Google Business Profiles, HubSpot, and social media platforms.
