⢠Perform receptionist-style duties, including receiving calls from existing clients or third parties and transferring them to the appropriate department or team member. ⢠Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads (no cold calling). ⢠Gather complete and accurate information from callers and process client sign-ups. ⢠Answer a high volume of inbound calls following a structured script. ⢠Ensure timely and consistent follow-up to maximize successful signings. ⢠Meet monthly KPIs related to call volume, follow-up activity, and completed sign-ups.
⢠Minimum of 1 year of experience in client-facing roles or customer service. ⢠Strong organizational and time-management skills. ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish. ⢠Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. ⢠Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. ⢠Problem-solving and negotiation skills. ⢠Comfortable working with CRM systems and VoIP tools. ⢠Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset.
