📋 Description

• Perform receptionist-style duties, including receiving calls from existing clients or third parties and transferring them to the appropriate department or team member. • Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads (no cold calling). • Gather complete and accurate information from callers and process client sign-ups. • Answer a high volume of inbound calls following a structured script. • Ensure timely and consistent follow-up to maximize successful signings. • Meet monthly KPIs related to call volume, follow-up activity, and completed sign-ups.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in client-facing roles or customer service. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. • Problem-solving and negotiation skills. • Comfortable working with CRM systems and VoIP tools. • Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset.
