⢠Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information at all times. ⢠Assist with general office coordination and workflow management. ⢠Monitor ongoing client matters and follow established follow-up procedures. ⢠Handle client notifications, notices, and follow-up communications. ⢠Ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely completion of assigned tasks. ⢠Support attorneys and team members with administrative and legal support tasks. ⢠Update and manage information within the firm's CRM system. ⢠Maintain organized client files, records, and legal documentation. ⢠Manage and maintain attorney and legal team calendars. ⢠Communicate professionally with clients by phone and email. ⢠Send appointment confirmations and reminders to clients. ⢠Schedule client consultations, appointments, and meetings.
⢠Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, or in a legal support role and/or related Bachelor's degree in legal studies ⢠Experience working in a client service environment preferred ⢠Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism ⢠Comfortable handling confidential information and sensitive client matters ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills ⢠Ability to work independently while following established processes and procedures ⢠Strong customer service and client relationship management skills ⢠Ability to maintain organized records and documentation ⢠Experience scheduling appointments, meetings, and consultations ⢠Comfortable working with case management and CRM systems
