📋 Description

• Provide general information regarding the firm and its services • Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and promptly • Ensure all callers receive a positive and professional experience • Support daily administrative and communication needs as assigned • Assist with translation during meetings when necessary • Schedule and coordinate appointments as needed • Transfer calls to the appropriate attorneys, paralegals, or departments • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, prospective clients, and business partners • Follow up with individuals who miss scheduled appointments

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience working as a virtual receptionist or providing virtual administrative assistance (preferably inside a law firm) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish • Professional and courteous phone etiquette • Friendly and welcoming demeanor • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to build rapport quickly with callers and clients • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong attention to detail • Ability to remain calm and professional in high volume environments • Effective problem solving skills • Time management and prioritization abilities • Dependability and accountability • Adaptability and flexibility • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Strong data entry and administrative skills
