🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in data journalism, research writing, or content storytelling. • Strong ability to simplify complex topics for a broad professional audience. • Proficiency with basic data tools such as Google Sheets or Excel (SQL a plus). • Familiarity with content distribution and amplification strategies. • Comfortable participating in online discussions and engaging with communities. • A curious mindset and passion for interpreting trends in work and hiring.
