• Analyze user behavior across the full funnel—from first touch to subscription and retention. • Identify drop-off points, reactivation triggers, and key drivers of lifetime value. • Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, and evaluate campaign experiments across CRM and onsite experiences. • Monitor and optimize lifecycle performance (onboarding, activation, retention, churn). • Measure the impact of email and onsite campaigns on engagement and conversions. • Link CRM and marketing initiatives to user behavior and business KPIs. • Build and refine multi-channel attribution models to measure cross-channel effectiveness. • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for CRM, retention, and campaign performance. • Enable self-service analytics across CRM and cross-functional teams. • Conduct churn prediction, LTV modeling, and reactivation opportunity analysis.
• 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in B2C or subscription-based environments. • Proven track record in CRM analytics, email marketing performance, and attribution modeling. • Deep knowledge of conversion funnels, user retention metrics, and lifecycle analysis. • Advanced SQL and Power BI proficiency. • Experience connecting CRM, marketing, and product data sources. • Familiarity with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation. • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear business insights. • A curious, proactive mindset with a drive for measurable impact.
