📋 Description

• You'll ship something in Week 1 • You'll own an AI feature from conception to deployment in Month 1 • You'll influence AI strategy based on real implementations in Month 3 • You'll write code, deploy models, and iterate based on user feedback and performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5+ years of software engineering experience required • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript • Proven commercial experience building and deploying features that thousands of users depend on • Real production experience with version control, testing, deployment • Understanding how to evaluate models for specific use cases • Hands-on with at least one AI orchestration framework • Ability to translate vague product requirements into working technical implementations
