• Own and continuously improve end-to-end payments dashboards in Power BI • Maintain and optimize the payments BI infrastructure and data organization • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all payment KPIs • Standardize KPI definitions across Product, Operations, Finance, and Risk • Translate business questions into structured SQL queries and meaningful reporting • Lead ad-hoc investigations into authorization drops, decline spikes, PSP comparisons, and recovery performance • Proactively identify anomalies, performance trends, and emerging risks • Improve documentation and clarity of payment data models • Partner cross-functionally to ensure reporting aligns with operational reality • Collaborate closely with the BI team for peer review and quality assurance before findings and reports reach stakeholders • Report to the Head of BI and work with Payments and high-level management stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics (payments or fintech strongly preferred) • Advanced Power BI expertise, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization • Strong SQL skills, with confidence querying and validating complex tables in SQL Server • Familiarity with Azure and Microsoft Fabric is a plus • Experience working with payment data, including PSPs, recurring flows, refunds, and chargebacks • Deep familiarity with core payment KPIs, including authorization rate, decline reason analysis, retry performance, involuntary churn and recovery, and fraud and chargeback ratios • Strong mindset for data structure, governance, and documentation • Ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Rigorous self-review habits and willingness to validate findings with colleagues before sharing them onward • Direct experience with PSPs or acquirers, such as Adyen and Checkout • Experience with payment orchestration platforms, such as Spreedly • Experience in subscription or recurring billing environments • Basic Python skills for analysis or automation
