• Partner directly with senior leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions across product, finance, and service delivery teams • Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to drive decision-making and operational transparency • Conduct financial modeling, ROI analysis, and business case development for new initiatives and cross-functional projects • Support M&A integration, pricing strategy, vendor negotiations, and business case planning • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth • Operate as a versatile problem-solver—whether analyzing operational data, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, or optimizing internal systems and workflows
• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or BizOps at a high-growth SaaS or fintech company • Analytical and data-driven, with strong Excel and financial modeling skills (SQL or Looker experience a plus) • Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and break down complexity • Thrives in a startup environment • Bonus Points: Experience with SaaS business models, accounting/finance systems, or working directly with product/engineering teams; Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Looker, SQL, or Airtable; You’ve built process improvements or internal tools that made teams more efficient or customers happier
