• Build, launch, and update campaigns across Facebook, Google, and YouTube following documented SOPs & industry best practices • Execute targeting, budgeting, bidding, and creative rotations according to strategic guidance • Monitor pacing and performance, flag issues early, and implement light optimizations • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting with clean data and clear insights • Conduct creative and funnel QA before launches • Maintain naming conventions, UTM standards, and platform hygiene • Support audience research, creative pulls, and asset organization as needed • Partner with our creative and analytics teams to ensure smooth workflows
• 2–4 years of hands-on paid media execution in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads • Strong understanding of campaign structures, audiences, placements, and bidding mechanics • Confident navigating tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and platform reporting • High attention to detail, especially with budgets, pacing, and QA • Ability to follow detailed SOPs and deliver consistent execution • Clear written communication and reliable turnaround times • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce or DTC environment • Brownie points for: • ⭐ Experience working with creative briefing processes • ⭐ Familiarity with health and wellness brands or supplements • ⭐ Understanding of ClickUp, Asana, or similar project tools
